• Private Label Rights Commercial License (PLR): You have been granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable PLR license to use, sell, and modify the journal as you see fit. You may resell the journal without listing Selects Digital as the creator.

• Reselling: You may sell the journal on various platforms, including Lulu, KDP, Walmart, and more. You may also sell the journal AS IS digitally on platforms like Etsy and Creative Fabrica. There is NO LIMIT to the number of times you can sell or use the journal

• Modifications: You may modify the journal, including adding or removing content.

• Exclusivity: Selects Digital agrees not to sell the same designs to anyone else. This product is exclusively licensed to you.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selects Digital, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or liability arising out of or related to your use, modification, or sale of the journal.

• Termination: Selects Digital may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. If termination occurs, you must stop using, selling, or distributing the journal.

• Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States.
